Stations of the Cross
Down in Adoration Falling
The Stations of the Cross tell the story of the crucifixion of Jesus. It reminds us of Jesus' Passion, his crucifixion and death before his glorious resurrection, which we as Catholic Christians celebrate at Easter.
Every Friday during Lent, we can come together to pray the Stations of the Cross at OLMC. This is a wonderful way to increase your prayers during Lent. Start at 6:00pm with Eucharistic Adoration and Confession in the church, then Stations of the Cross at 7:00pm. A different program is offered each week. On Friday, March 27, our Youth Group will present a very special program, the Shadow Stations of the Cross. If you have never seen it, consider attending. It is a moving portrayal of each of the stations in shadow form.
Please consider joining us in this beautiful re-telling of the Passion of our Lord, Jesus Christ, during the Lenten time of prayer and reflection.
Stations of the Cross prayer vigils are held every Friday during Lent at 7:00pm.
